Every week the People Power Hour nominates three people, places or things which have -- in our learned and considered opinion -- committed an act (or somehow represents an act or idea) that would make most of us Regular Joes (and Joettes) ashamed. This is the nitwit who failed to issue a restraining order against Roger Troy, who later killed 23-year-old Alissa Blanton after stalking and harrasing her for months. Even 70 pages of documentation wasn't enought to get Moxley to do the right thing. Pea-brain....

Here's another useless sack of protoplasm who enjoys beating the snot out of someone he claims to "love." This scumbag apparently makes a habit of beating his same-sex lover, Angel Joel Carrion; so much so. Carrion had to seek a domestic-violence injunction for protection. Apparently his judge was friends with Moxley -- he didn't get his injunction either.

Now here's a real piece of work; the un-named private dick was hired by some filthy wad named Andreau Yankton to hunt down Andreau's wife. As we all know, Andreau shot his wife to death after this dick ratted her out. Shouldn't this bozo have at least check out Andreau, where he/she/it would have discovered that maybe this wasn't the thing to do? Jerk...
