About The People Power Revolution
The People Power Revolution is one of the most unique radio
shows in Central Florida ... and most certainly the only one whose host, George
Crossley, is able to distill the essence of national, state and local politics,
activism, human rights and justice issues and show how these affect all
Central Florida residents.
The People Power Revolution isn't afraid to hold those
in power to task -- and to demand responsibility and accountability. We talk
about issues most radio shows only dance around and which most politicians
ignore ... topics like Social Justice, Human Rights and Civil Liberties. We
discuss everything from politics to activism, homelessness to free speech
issues, from workers concerns to ACLU cases, and the continuing erosion of our
individual rights.
We encourage community involvement at all levels and thrive on your
participation in the show. Please listen Monday
through Friday, 6pm - 8pm on WEUS 810 AM or via the Internet --
and contact us with your thoughts, opinions and show ideas by clicking the

George Crossley
What can you say about George that no one already knows? He enjoys a larger-than-life persona and has used it over the years to help the down-trodden, the less-fortunate and people who have been screwed over one way or another all over Central Florida and the world.
A former union organizer, religious broadcaster, DJ and talk-show host, Crossley works the bully pulpit like a whip, cracking it in the direction of whomever might be just a little too full of themselves or seeking to give people the shaft...be those shafters politicians, crooked business-people, a lazy electorate and/or even religious fundamentalists.
He still loves to rile the complacent and agitate the bastards who which to do their filthy deeds out of the public eye -- and we're all the better for it. They call him many Rude Names for doing this, but he wears them like badges of honor. Indeed, George can and has been called many things, but dull and unopinionated isn't among the adjectives anyone would use with a straight face.
John Hamilton
A true Florida native and natural-born bon-vivant, John has a unique, oft-times askew (but always correct) view of the world around us. John has, for the last few years, been politically independent...."To paraphrase the late Groucho Marx, I would never join a political party that would have me as a member," he says in a huff.
A life-long student of philosophy and economics, he feels that political parties are ruining the country and that the only way to preserve individual rights and freedom is to do away with them; political parties, that is. "Political parties exist under the assumption that politicians have thngs they can give us in exchange for our votes. They don't. Politicians have nothing that we, the people, don't allow them to have via the Constitution. We, as individuals, hold power over government and politicians need to re-learn this fact of life."
A long-time radio broadcaster and computer geek, John has also traveled the world and lived in England and Australia for a number of years. "You can't have a credible world view if you've never left your own backyard," he says. "The world is a beautiful place and it's a damn shame for anyone to miss any of it."
