This scumbag apparently makes a habit of beating his same-sex lover, Angel Joel Carrion; so much so. Carrion had to seek a domestic-violence injunction for protection. Apparently his judge was friends with Moxley -- he didn't get his injunction either.

Orange County sheriff's deputy Bryan Villella won with 45% of the total vote.
